Through the ornate archway between the living and dining areas is the kitchen.
The extensive, top of the range kitchen and utility have been equipped to cater for your every need. The kitchen is fully fitted with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. A range of crockery (including plastic items for use around the pool), cutlery, pots and pans are available to use.
There is also a large utility/laundry room to the side of the kitchen which houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
At the opposite side of the kitchen is the nook, fitted with quality dinette furniture for informal dining (for 4 people), along with the breakfast bar and matching bar stools in the kitchen (4).
At the far end of the kitchen is the Family Room. The extremely spacious family area provides the central focal point of the villa. Treble width patio doors lead to the poolside.
This room has an extremely comfortable suite, comprising of an armchair, 3 seater sofa and 2 seater double sofa bed.
The 37 inch cable TV and CD player provide entertainment for all the family. In addition, there is a unit containing a good range of games and puzzles for your enjoyment.
To keep the children, both big and small, entertained, we have converted our triple garage into a fantastic games room, which features a 8ft slate pool table, an air hockey table and a foosball table
Situated between the kitchen and family area is another archway which leads to Bedrooms 2 and 3 and one of the House bathrooms.
Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed, chest of Drawers and bedside tables. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and drawers. Both rooms have 13 inch cable TV with built in DVD players (also plays CDs) as well as built in closets. The bathroom is positioned between the bedrooms.
